Michael Keaton (born Michael Keaton) is an American actor who has worked as a director, producer as well as a producer. Keaton is best known for the film 'Birdman. A versatile actor he is skilled in playing comedy in addition to dramatic roles. In addition to playing characters with romantic appeal, he was a part of action films and thrillers. The passion for acting profession began when he was in his teens. He attempted stand-up comedy when he was in his early 20s. While his stand-up comedy did not go well, it helped to open the way for his acting. He was unable to achieve fame as a comedian and his next move was as a TV cameraman on an online cable channel. As he was doing working, he began to realise that he would like to appear present on camera. In a few episodes, Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he was able to get a television part. The natural talents of the actor helped him become a household name on TV. He had great goals, and made a move into film and was a household name for his comedy parts. The actor gained more fame when he played Batman as the main character in Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed, he grew in his acting skills and began to work in direction and production. He received several awards and nominations for his performance in the film Birdman.
